Originally the date for the Annual Meeting of Southern Cross/Coulter Shield Committee was scheduled for Sunday 25 October at Ipswich. Unfortunately, Ipswich Hockey Association is now hosting the U12 School Hockey Championships on that weekend.
The date has now been put back to the next weekend Sunday 1st November 2020.
With the current COVID situation, a teams/zoom meeting will be the best way to conduct this meeting.
Associations are asked to wait for further information in relation to the details of the meeting and in the mean time advise there representative/s of this change.
If Associations have any items for the agenda then they should send them through their Association's Secretary asap.
