2021 - U11 & U15 Cancelled

Good morning All Centres,

With the current lockdown put in place by the Qld Govt has meant the cancellation of both the U11s and U15s Southern Cross and Coulter Shields competitions for 2021 season.

Warwick and Toowoomba were lucky enough to hold a small competition between the two centres for their U11 teams:  well done in quickly organizing the event under the circumstances.

With the current lockdown affecting the local LGA hockey centres, I would imagine that trying to reschedule these events will be impossible as centres will probably need to re structure their own competition with the lockdown impacting their season’s competition.

With the U15 teams, Centres would be able to contact each other to organise trial matches between themselves at a time that suits both centres, of course when lockdown has been lifted.

Lastly just a reminder about the AGM of this committee is scheduled for 10 am 31 October 2021 via Zoom Meeting.  It would be great if all centres could attend this zoom meeting.
